This office is responsible for all district-wide data, assessments and testing protocol as well as reporting state/district/building report card data. Additionally, this office supports the Academic Affairs Team by providing an analysis of the student achievement data which is used to develop and maintain the best possible educational program for all students in the Westerville City Schools.

Located in the Academic Enrichment Center at 336 S. Otterbein Avenue, the office also directs Alternative Education Initiatives which include:

      List of educational providers and courses available to students through the CFA process
    • Credit Flex Application (CFA)
      Parent and Student should complete the Credit Flex Application. The Counselor, Teacher of Record, Director of Alternative Education & Assessment, will need to approve application before student registers and pays for any course. Please DO NOT start course until you receive an approval email from the Office of Alternative Education & Assessment.
